If you are unhappy with any of your purchases at Rosie&Claire we’ll gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online within 14 days of delivery date date (according to the tracking number), provided the product is returned in the same condition as it was in when it was purchased. The 14 day policy is firm. Tags must still be attached. To complete returns they must be pre-authorized by contacting support@rosieandclaire.com  

 When your return is authorized, Rosie&Claire will send you a Authorisation Form, please print it and include it in your package. Also include a copy of your receipt in the package, so that we can clearly identify the order that you would like refunded.
Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear or use. If it is found to be in returnable condition, we will refund your method of payment. If it is not in returnable condition or it is received after the 14 day policy, items will be returned to sender after which there will be no refund issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items returned without prior authorization or without the tags attached, may invalidate any or all of the refund.  If it is not in returnable condition or it is received after the 14 day policy, items will be returned to sender after which there will be no refund issued. 

SHOE RETURNS: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for a return and will be marked "return to sender".

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received.
We are not responsible for any lost returned packages and we highly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance.
